Rod Clarkson managed the Ankeny Office of Coldwell Banker form 2006-2015 and created one of the
top offices in the country for Coldwell Banker with office of 50 people of less. During one 1000 day
period, his office sold 3500home or 3.5 homes every day.

Matt grew up in Central Iowa and has lived there his entire life. He was fortunate enough to be raised in a home where his parents instilled the importance of honesty, integrity, and hard work. He attended Iowa State University, majoring in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.
Matt has been an Estimator and Project Manager for a large earthwork & site utility company for 7 years. He has put together estimates/budgets on hundreds of commercial and residential projects/developments. Matt is very business minded and enjoys to strategically plan.
Matt has been a lifelong outdoorsman. He enjoys hunting as much as he can. Matt has had interest in real estate, since high school. He is happy to be a part of the industry and looks forward to bringing innovative ideas to the table.
